Challenge
Many companies still track attendance in paper logs or spreadsheets. Lateness and overtime are counted by hand, month-end payroll takes a lot of time and invites errors, and employees have to go to HR just to see their own records. The goal was to automate the whole chain, from the moment an employee arrives to the payroll run, and make it transparent for managers and employees alike.
Solution
We built HR-ONE, a platform that works with Hikvision FaceID terminals. An employee looks at the terminal, and the check-in or check-out time is recorded in the system automatically. The platform calculates lateness and overtime against the work schedule, passes the data to payroll and produces KPI figures. Employees use a Telegram bot to check their attendance and request leave.
